		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;d love to work on this issue. The public needs to learn the facts about economic inequality and about the regressive tax system in Washington State. And they need to understand the danger of the Reagan Revolution, according to which government is the problem, not the solution.    A lack of government regulation was a main cause of the subprime crash, and for many public goods, only government can provide them fairly and efficiently. Furthermore, for many services (e.g., health care), government is MORE efficient than the private sector. Without government we&#039;d be hunter-gatherers.]]></description>
